Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Magnet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
Magnet (by ProjectA.ai) is an AI and answer-engine visibility dashboard. It tracks how a brand appears across AI-generated answers, analyzes SEO and AEO signals for the domains you choose to track, and can optionally connect third-party accounts such as Google (Search Console and Analytics) or GitHub to enrich that analysis.
Accounts & Workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account and for all activity that occurs under your workspace, including activity by other members you invite. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the service; abuse, redistribute, or exceed the intended use of data obtained through connected third-party accounts; or use Magnet for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the terms of any service it connects to.
Third-Party Connections
Connecting Google (Search Console / Analytics) or GitHub is entirely optional and is never required to use Magnet's core features. When you do connect an account, how the resulting data is accessed, used, stored, retained, and deleted is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Magnet's software, design, branding, and content are owned by ProjectA.ai. These terms grant you a limited right to use the service and do not transfer any ownership in it to you.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Analyses, estimates, and audit results are informational and are not guarantees of any particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectA.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
ProjectA.ai may suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
